HARRIET RIEBE, Sports Psychologist in Milton, Brisbane.
Harriet Riebe
Psychologist - University of Queensland
Harriet is a psychologist who enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to support both mental wellbeing and performance. She works with people aged 10 years and over, helping with challenges such as stress, anxiety, low mood, chronic pain, confidence, motivation, and the psychological aspects of injury and rehabilitation.
Harriet understands that injury, setbacks, and performance pressure can be just as challenging mentally as they are physically. She takes a flexible, client-centred approach and uses evidence-based strategies from ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build resilience, stay motivated through rehabilitation, and return to sport with confidence.
Over the years, Harriet has experience working with a range of people, including soccer players, esports athletes, and dancers.
Outside of work, Harriet enjoys reading and staying active, whether it’s team sport, Pilates, or walking trails. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and feels lucky to visit them across Australia.
