CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Movement Standard reserves the right to charge all patients their full session fee if a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the original appointment time and not rescheduled for the specific calendar week.

The Movement Standard reserves the right to charge all patients half of their session fee if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original appointment time and not rescheduled for the specific calendar week.

In the event of extenuating circumstances, medical injury or illness, The Movement Standard reserves the right to waive any associated fee upon application to an authorised director.

All patients of The Movement Standard hereby accept these terms upon confirmation of each separate booking.

SAFETY AND DISCLOSURE:

All patients agree to give The Movement Standard all relevant health and fitness information before or during any exercise and/or treatment. Each time you use our facility you ensure that you are in appropriate physical condition and know of no medical or any other reason why you should not exercise. If you are unsure, medical guidance must be sought prior to commencing exercise. 

SOCIAL MEDIA:

All patients entering The Movement Standard facility hereby give permission for TMS to use any and all media content recorded whilst on the premises. All patients have the right to request a specific post be removed, however cannot hold The Movement Standard liable for any issues arising from publications.

Please advise The Movement Standard should you not wish to be published in media content.
