Lyndsey is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 1998 from The University of Salford in England. Across her career, Lyndsey has worked across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia in sporting teams, hospitals and private practice boosting her experience.

Since moving to Australia, Lyndsey furthered her expertise through a Masters of Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne in 2023.

After founding and successfully running Back2Balance Physiotherapy for over a decade, she sold the business in 2023 to focus on sport-specific roles.

Her clinical interests include neck pain and cervicogenic headaches, shoulder injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injuries. She also has a passion for supporting post-partum clients in returning to sport safely and confidently.

In recent years, Lyndsey has worked with both able-bodied and adaptive athletes including roles in rugby union and with the NSW Junior Wheelchair Basketball team.

Outside of work, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sporting events, playing hockey, or out on the water around the Moreton Bay islands, often snorkelling at Tangalooma Wrecks with her family.
